Mariana Conde Grant
Treatment Designer
I’m a Creative Producer, researcher and treatment designer with over two decades of experience across advertising, branded content and short film, working with agencies and production companies including Mother, Grey Group and Stink on projects for brands such as Nike, Google and Unilever.
With a background in design, film, animation and performing arts, my work increasingly centres on supporting creatives and directors from development through to post, with a focus on research, treatment design, contributor finding and tech-savvy creative solutions that help ideas stay true to their vision.
Alongside freelance work, I develop my own short films. C.T.R.L., which I wrote, directed and edited, was selected for nearly a hundred festivals, including BFI London Film Festival, and won multiple awards. Mar Sin Leat, currently in development, centres on a trans character and reflects my interest in telling nuanced stories while creating space for voices not always heard.
